One of my personal favorites…..the first herb that spoke to me (and I listened!)

This herb is grown here on the farm and used more than just to make tincture, but we’ll cover more on that in a later post! This is known as an adaptogen-helpful in balancing stress, relax, uplift and improve cognition and focus.
