Who doesn’t need more turmeric in their daily routine??

I decided after our move that I certainly did!! So I did some research and found a recipe for an oxymel.....simple and tasty. (I advise you to do your own research before adding turmeric to your daily routine)

What is an oxymel you ask? The simplest definition is an herbal extraction of vinegar and raw honey.

Ingredients: Fresh Turmeric, Fresh Ginger, Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Local Honey, A few Organic Black Peppercorns
