This is a refrigerated product!! We do not heat seal our bottles…..we want you to receive all the benefits of the raw local honey that we use. After cooking our syrup, we cool and then add the honey-bottle, label and put in the refrigerator. The shelf life of our product is 6-9 months Thank you for understanding our process.
