What is Golden Milk Powder and how do I use it?.........

Our golden milk is a blend of turmeric root powder, ginger root powder, cinnamon and a bit of ground black pepper (all organic)

Traditionally it is mixed with coconut milk and heated, sweetened with honey. A very warming drink before bed.

Our uses here on the farm are:

-Golden Granola-JIm likes this better than my regular granola

-Add it to your overnight oats!!

-We cook it the traditional way and make into popsicles! (Coming back soon)

-Bullet Coffee with the addition of golden milk powder-think Turmeric Latte!
